Product Of The Week
A collection of cult products and new discoveries that may just inspire or help you to live your happiest & healthiest life.
Product of the week #3 is from one of my favourite brands, Spell. I say “favourite” and happily promote them because not only are their designs incredible but importantly, they’re focused on sustainability and ethical production. As we vote with our dollar, we should spend our hard-earned cash with companies who care about people & the planet, right?! You can read more about their ethos on their website. Spell’s sale stock is always worth keeping an eye on, however it’s their swimwear collection (that’s on sale) that I’m putting the spotlight on and drawing your attention to. Why is it a great time to buy swimwear? Just like buying a new coat toward the end of winter, grabbing new swimwear now means that you get your hands on the best, for a fraction of the price; plus you can enjoy it for the rest of the season AND it’ll still be good come next summer (when nothing is on Sale!). Check it out - I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed. -Carly Taber, Founder – CASA DE KARMA.

Product Of The Week #2 is the Ulla Hydration Tracker – such a cool little wellness gadget. Yes it’s a bit gimmicky but I’m sharing this one because we all need to drink more water and this baby can help us do that! In short, it’s a device that attaches to your glass or drinking bottle and will blink to remind you to hydrate every 40 minutes, but only if you have forgotten to drink. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get in such a zone doing a particular task at-hand, that it’s not until I’m seriously parched that I realise I’m thirsty (anyone else get this?). Technically I haven’t tried this one yet, but after stumbling across it the other day, it’s on my list and can’t wait to try it. If you have this hydration tracker or a similar one, I’d love to hear your thoughts (pop them in the comment section below). All the details including how it works, what it’s made from, how to use it and the cost etc are here, where you can also purchase it. -Carly Taber, Founder – CASA DE KARMA.
I’ve been using rosehip oil in place of moisturiser for at least 2 years and am obsessed with it! I love the rosehip oil by Trilogy, as well as those offered by Sukin and Essano, but now Rosehip Plus has really upped the game. Because you see, I’m also obsessed with using a facial roller. Once I’ve applied my rosehip (adding essential oils), I massage my face with the roller device – morning and night. I find the rolling across my face & neck works the oils into the skin, reduces appearance of puffiness and wrinkles and boosts complexion. Plus it’s so soothing and relaxing that now Andy does it too! This particular rosehip oil is so special as already packaged up so that it comes out via a roll-on #winning! Albeit more gentle, that essentially makes it a 2-in-1. Plus it’s soft and soothing to rub below and around the eyes, where I probably shouldn’t be so firm with the facial roller. It’s also certified organic, certified vegan & cruelty free. Based on all of this, it gets a big thumbs up from me!
